Jason Willig, Founder
Jason has spent 25 years building, running, and transforming leading video game companies, and helping investors understand and maximize the value of them.
He was most recently an operating partner at Hiro Capital, an early-stage venture fund, where he worked on games investment strategy and directly with portfolio companies on growth, distribution, and execution bar-raising, serving as an advisor, board member, or board observer for several. Before that, he was the President of Big Fish Games, a leading mobile gams publisher, where he led a comprehensive turnaround of the business and grew it to $600 million annually. Jason spent seven years at Electronic Arts in progressively senior operational and general management roles across the Casual, Maxis, and Mobile divisions, and has held leadership positions at Amazon, LucasArts, and Vivendi Universal Games.
Jason takes on select advisory, consulting, and fractional engagements with game companies and institutional investors with a focus on organic and inorganic growth, organizational development, business transformation, and partnerships.
